Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower and Parmesan
A simple and comforting pasta bake with roasted cauliflower and melting parmesan. Ready in 25 minutes, it's the perfect weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Parmesan
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and roast them in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions, approximately 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and toss with the cauliflower. Top generously with grated parmesan.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
