Pasta with Crispy Quinoa Chocolate Sauce
An original and playful recipe that combines sweet and savory: pasta with a light chocolate sauce topped with toasted crispy quinoa. Perfect as a light dessert or sweet and savory dish.

Ingredients
- 150 g Fine pasta
- 80 g Dark chocolate
- 40 g Quinoa
- 25 g Butter
- 200 ml Milk
- 15 g Honey
- une pincée pinch Salt
- 20 g Sliced almonds
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the quinoa dry in a pan for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Step 2
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the butter and milk over a double boiler or in a saucepan.
Step 4
Add the honey to the melted chocolate. Whisk to obtain a smooth sauce.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the chocolate sauce.
Step 6
Serve the pasta topped with crispy quinoa and sliced almonds.
