- 250 g Penne
- 40 g Butter
- 4 g Ground black pepper
- 5 g Salt
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the penne al dente according to package instructions (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 3
Melt the butter over low heat in a large skillet.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the hot butter.
Step 5
Add the black pepper generously and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning with salt and serve immediately.
