Butter and Pepper Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta (Spaghetti or Farfalle)
- 40 g Butter
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1.5 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Fill the pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions.
Step 3
Drain the pasta, reserving 100 ml of cooking water.
Step 4
In the pot, melt the butter over low heat, add the pasta, and toss.
Step 5
Add the freshly ground black pepper, toss well, and serve immediately.
