Butter and Pepper Pasta (Simplified Cacio e Pepe)

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 40 g Butter
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 10 cl Pasta cooking water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Reserve 10 cl of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the pepper and stir, then add the pasta.
Step 5
Gradually add the pasta water while stirring to create a creamy sauce.
