Pasta with Brown Butter and Toasted Flour

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 50 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the flour and toast for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the brown butter sauce. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
