Pasta with Asparagus, Ham and Parmesan
Simple and delicious pasta with tender asparagus, crispy ham and grated Parmesan. A quick and comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Asparagus
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the asparagus into 5cm pieces and cook in a pan with a little butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the diced ham to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the pan contents. Add grated Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
