Asparagus and Ham Pasta with Gruyère
Simple and comforting pasta with tender asparagus, crispy ham, and a touch of melted cheese. A French classic reinvented in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 200 g Asparagus
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 2
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm pieces and cook for 5 minutes in boiling water before adding the pasta.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and asparagus, transfer to a skillet with the butter and ham.
Step 6
Add the grated Gruyère, stir over low heat until completely melted. Season with salt and pepper.
