Asian Stir-Fried Noodles with Lentils and Vegetables
A wok-style noodle stir-fry with sprouted lentils, zucchini, and a soy-ginger sauce. Delicious and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Cooked red lentils
- 200 g Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Honey
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thin batons.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Add the zucchini and lentils, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta, soy sauce, and honey. Mix well and serve hot.
