Asian Stir-Fried Pasta with Quinoa and Vegetables
A delicious Asian fusion dish featuring pasta mixed with crunchy quinoa, stir-fried with carrots and broccoli. Soy sauce and honey add extra flavor.

Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta
- 100 g Cooked quinoa
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into matchsticks and the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the carrots and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta and quinoa, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mix well to coat all ingredients.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot.
