Asian Pasta with Walnuts and Orange

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 120 g Walnuts
- 2 piece Oranges
- 200 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Toast the walnuts in a 180°C oven for 6 minutes, then roughly chop them.
Step 2
Finely grate the carrots and zest one orange.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from one orange and mix with the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger.
Step 4
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the carrots, walnuts, orange zest, and prepared sauce.
Step 6
Let rest for 2 minutes and serve warm or cold.
