Asian-Style Pasta with Vegetables and Soy Sauce
Quick pasta inspired by Asian cuisine, with sautéed broccoli and carrots in a ginger-garlic soy sauce. A flavorful dish ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 150 g Broccoli
- 100 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 L Water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the carrots into thin julienne.
Step 3
Finely mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the soy sauce. Toss well and serve.
