Asian Peanut Noodles
Thai-inspired noodles with a rich peanut sauce, chicken, and fresh vegetables for an irresistible sweet and savory combination.

Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles
- 250 g Chicken
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 stems Green onions
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles in salted water according to package directions, then drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into small cubes and slice the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Add the carrots and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and water to make the sauce.
Step 6
Pour the sauce into the pan, add the noodles, and toss well. Garnish with chopped green onions.
