Simple Aglio e Olio Pasta

- 250 g Pasta
- 2 L Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a pot and salt generously.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions (approximately 10 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the pasta while reserving some cooking water.
Step 4
Pour hot olive oil over the pasta, toss, pepper, and serve.
