Garlic and Oil Pasta
Simple and flavorful spaghetti with garlic and olive oil. A minimalist Italian classic that's pure comfort.

Ingredients
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water in a pot. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic. Pour oil into a pan and heat over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the garlic to the hot oil and brown for 2-3 minutes without burning, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic oil. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
