Pasta Aglio e Olio
A classic Italian dish made easy: spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, and pepper. Ready in 15 minutes for a quick and comforting dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 clove Garlic
- 5 cl Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic and gently brown it in a pan with the olive oil.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil. Toss well.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
