Pasta Aglio e Olio
An ultra-simple Italian classic: pasta with garlic, olive oil, and a touch of chili. Ready in 15 minutes, it's the perfect quick dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 4 clove Garlic
- 80 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and finely mince the garlic.
Step 3
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and gently brown the garlic over medium heat.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss well.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
