Pasta Aglio e Olio with Toasted Breadcrumbs

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 slice Bread
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Dried red chili
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bread into small cubes and toast them in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 2
Transfer the croutons to a paper towel to drain.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water.
Step 4
In a pan, heat the remaining oil, add the minced garlic and chili, and let infuse for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the garlic oil, mix, and add the croutons.
