Pasta Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Oil)
A minimalist Italian classic: pasta sautéed with garlic-infused olive oil and topped with grated Gruyère. Delicious and incredibly simple.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the minced garlic.
Step 4
Let the garlic turn golden slowly without burning, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.
Step 6
Mix well, add the Gruyère and season, serve immediately.
