Pasta Aglio e Olio
An ultra-simple Italian classic: pasta with garlic, olive oil, and chili. Ready in 15 minutes, delicious and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 4 clove Garlic
- 6 cl Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice the garlic.
Step 3
In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the garlic. Let infuse gently without browning, 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper.
