Pasta Aglio e Olio
Classic spaghetti with garlic and oil, simple and delicious. An authentic Italian dish ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Mince the garlic thinly.
Step 3
Brown the garlic in olive oil in a pan without burning it.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the garlic and oil. Season and serve.
