Pasta Aglio e Olio
An ultra-simple Italian classic: spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and a hint of chili. Ready in 15 minutes, comforting and delicious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely mince the garlic and sauté it gently in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and toss with the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.
