Pasta Aglio e Olio
A classic and ultra-simple Italian recipe: spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, and chili pepper. Ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Slice garlic thinly.
Step 3
Brown garlic in oil in a pan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions (about 10 minutes).
Step 5
Drain pasta and mix directly in the pan with garlic and oil.
Step 6
Serve immediately with salt and pepper.
