Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

- 200 g Spaghetti
- 6 cl Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with water, salt generously, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti and cook according to the time on the package.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet with pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 5
Toss the pasta with the hot oil and a splash of cooking water to create an emulsion.
