Pasta Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the pasta according to package time.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
Step 4
Let the garlic turn golden without burning, then add the drained pasta to the pan.
Step 5
Toss well, add salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
