Penne with Tomato and Olives
Simple and delicious penne with a basic tomato sauce and olives. A quick and comforting Italian classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 100 g Olives
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 3
Pour the tomatoes and olives into a skillet with the oil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season to taste.
