Pasta with Tomato and Olives
A simple and flavorful Italian classic: al dente penne tossed with a basic tomato sauce and black olives. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 100 g Black olives
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add the penne and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Step 3
Pit and coarsely chop the black olives.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the olive oil and olives.
