Pasta with Tomato and Mozzarella (Caprese)
A pasta twist on the classic Caprese: fresh tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil for a light and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 300 g Tomato
- 150 g Fresh mozzarella
- 10 g Fresh basil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes and the mozzarella into pieces.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and place it in a serving bowl.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, and olive oil.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper and toss gently. Serve warm or cold.
