Penne with Tomato Sauce and Comté
A simple and comforting Italian-style pasta dish made with penne, homemade tomato sauce, and grated Comté cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 50 g Comté
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the penne and cook according to package instructions (approximately 10 minutes).
Step 3
In a pan, pour the tomato sauce and let simmer over low heat.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well.
Step 5
Serve with grated Comté and a drizzle of olive oil.
