Pasta with Tomato and Comté
A simple and comforting Italian classic. Al dente penne coated in homemade tomato sauce and topped with melted Comté for extra indulgence.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 80 g Grated Comté
- 1 stalk Celery stalk
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely chop the celery and sauté it in a skillet with a little oil.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce into the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss it with the sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated Comté and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
