Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Comté
A classic Italian dish with a modern twist featuring creamy melted cheese. Al dente farfalle topped with homemade tomato sauce and shaved Comté for extra indulgence.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 80 g Comté
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the farfalle according to the package instructions (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 3
Meanwhile, pour the tomato sauce into a pan with a little olive oil. Heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Divide into serving bowls and top with grated Comté. Serve immediately.
