Pasta with Tomato and Comté Cheese
A classic Italian dish with a French twist. Al dente farfalle topped with homemade tomato sauce enriched with grated Comté cheese for extra indulgence.

Ingredients
- 400 g Farfalle
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 100 g Comté
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the farfalle and cook according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, pour the tomato sauce into a skillet with the olive oil. Let simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and pour it into the tomato sauce. Mix gently.
Step 4
Divide among plates and sprinkle generously with grated Comté. Serve immediately.
