Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Comté
A classic Italian dish revisited with French cheese. Al dente farfalle coated in a simple tomato sauce and topped with generous shavings of Comté.

Ingredients
- 200 g farfalle
- 250 ml tomato sauce
- 80 g Comté
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the farfalle according to package instructions (about 11 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce with a splash of olive oil in a pan, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and pour it into the tomato sauce, stir well to combine.
Step 4
Serve in bowls and sprinkle generously with grated Comté.
