Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Comté Cheese
A simplified Italian classic: penne coated with homemade tomato sauce and topped with grated comté cheese. Comforting and delicious.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 300 ml Tomato sauce
- 60 g Comté
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the penne according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, pour the tomato sauce into a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and simmer over low heat.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix it with the tomato sauce.
Step 4
Serve on plates and sprinkle with grated comté.
