Pasta with Tomato and Comté
A classic Italian dish with a French twist. Al dente farfalle coated in homemade tomato sauce and topped with grated Comté cheese.

Ingredients
- 200 g Farfalle
- 300 ml Tomato sauce
- 60 g Comté
- 1 stalk Celery stalks
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the farfalle according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Finely chop the celery and sauté it in olive oil in a pan for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well.
Step 5
Serve on plates and generously sprinkle with grated Comté.
