Penne with Tomato Sauce and Comté
A simplified Italian classic: penne cooked al dente topped with homemade tomato sauce and enriched with grated Comté cheese for extra indulgence.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 60 g Comté
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the penne according to package directions (usually 10 minutes)
Step 2
Meanwhile, pour the tomato sauce into a skillet with 1 tbsp of oil and let simmer
Step 3
Drain the pasta and mix it with the tomato sauce
Step 4
Generously sprinkle with grated Comté, add a drizzle of olive oil, season with pepper and serve hot
