Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Comté
A simplified Italian classic: farfalles tossed with homemade tomato sauce and topped with grated Comté cheese for extra richness.

Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalles
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 50 g Comté
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1.5 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cook the farfalles according to package directions (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a skillet with the olive oil.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss it with the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Divide among plates and top with grated Comté.
