Penne with Tomato Sauce and Comté
A simple and comforting Italian classic: penne napped in homemade tomato sauce and topped with melted grated Comté cheese.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 80 g Comté
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the penne according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
Pour the tomato sauce into a skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated Comté.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
