Pasta with Tomato and Celery
A simple and comforting Italian classic. Al dente penne tossed with a light homemade tomato sauce enriched with fresh celery.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely chop the celery and sauté it in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss it with the tomato and celery sauce.
