Pasta with Tomato and Basil (Italian Style)

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 3 cl Olive oil
- q.s. Salt
- q.s. Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the canned tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
Step 6
Toss the pasta with the tomato sauce and add the fresh chopped basil.
Step 7
Season to taste and serve hot.
