Pasta with Tomato and Avocado
A simple and fresh Italian dish: penne tossed with a light tomato sauce and creamy avocado chunks. Ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 1 piece Avocado
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the tomato sauce in a pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the avocado into cubes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Add the avocado cubes, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
