Pasta with Rich Tomato Sauce, Chicken and Olives

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Chicken thighs
- 320 g Pasta
- 150 g Black olives
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 2 litres Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the chicken and shred the meat. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the diced onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the tomato sauce, add the shredded chicken and olives, simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
