Pasta with Tomato-Lentil Sauce and Grilled Vegetables
Generous pasta with a homemade tomato sauce enriched with lentils, served with grilled zucchini and tomatoes. A nourishing take on a classic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 200 g Cooked lentils
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan for the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into batons. Grill in a skillet with a little oil for 6-8 minutes until golden. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic with the remaining oil for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add the canned tomatoes, lentils, and Herbes de Provence. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 5
Cook the pasta according to instructions, then drain.
Step 6
Mix the pasta with the sauce. Add the grilled zucchini. Serve hot.
