Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Arugula
A quick and satisfying Italian classic. Pasta coated in homemade tomato sauce and finished with fresh arugula and parmesan.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 100 g Arugula
- 50 g Grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the minced garlic.
Step 3
Pour in the canned tomatoes and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and toss with the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Add the fresh arugula and parmesan. Serve immediately.
