Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Chicken
A simple and comforting Italian dish with pan-seared chicken mixed into a fresh tomato sauce and al dente pasta. A timeless everyday classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 250 g Gluten-free pasta
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes, mince the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and Herbs de Provence, let simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and toss with the sauce.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
