Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Zucchini
A simple and comforting Italian classic. Generous portions of pasta topped with homemade tomato sauce and tender zucchini.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot for the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the zucchini into small pieces.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté the zucchini in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the tomato sauce into the skillet with the zucchini and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and toss with the sauce.
Step 6
Serve hot with salt and pepper to taste.
