Penne with Tomato and Garlic Sauce
A classic Italian dish infused with garlic and Mediterranean herbs. Comforting and flavorful in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 400 g Crushed tomatoes
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- q.s. Salt
- q.s. Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 2
Mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the crushed tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the penne according to package directions, drain and toss with the sauce.
