Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 80 g Ham
- 20 g Butter
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the pasta.

Meanwhile, break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with butter in a pan over low heat.
Step 3
Once the chocolate is melted, add 50ml of pasta cooking water to create a smooth sauce.
Step 4
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and pour it into the chocolate sauce, stirring gently. Top with ham strips as garnish.
