Indulgent Neapolitan Pasta
Generous penne topped with a rich and flavorful tomato sauce with tuna, olives, and fresh basil. A delicious take on a classic.

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 400 g Canned tuna
- 500 ml Tomato sauce
- 100 g Black olives
- 1 piece Onions
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 leaf Fresh basil
- 2 l Water
- à volonté Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil for the pasta.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato sauce and drained tuna, let simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the penne according to package instructions.
Step 6
Add olives and basil to the sauce at the end of cooking.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
