Dairy-Free Creamy Pasta with Mushrooms
Creamy and rich pasta made with a plant-based milk sauce and topped with sautéed button mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Button mushrooms
- 200 ml Plant-based milk (almond or soy)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 l Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the plant-based milk and mustard, stir, and let simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix well and serve immediately.
